this 100 percent depends on you and whether you want fps or graphics. I would go for 1440p with 144hz

144hz for sure. One of the biggest QoL upgrades on PC.

I own both a qled and an oled. I have the oled in my bedroom and only watch shit at night. It has an AMAZING picture but sucks dick unless I bought black out curtains. The qled still looks amazing but I can watch in daylight. Imo, you can go wrong with either. It just depends on the lighting in your house. Oled is superior in dark rooms and qled is superior in brighter rooms. Just a fact.

27" 1440p 144Hz IPS is correct for 99% of people.
Even if it's not exactly for you, it's the best starting point to figure out what you really want since it's balanced in every way.
4k. Use upscale if you can't keep up and upgrade gpu in the future.

as for IPS vs VA it doesn't matter that much nowadays, the quality of the panel is much more important than its type
I got a 1440p 144hz screen recently upgrading from a 60hz 1080 monitor. The biggest difference was the resolution, id prioritize that. Anything above 80fps i cant even notice. That shit only matters if you are playing twitch reaction online zoomer shooters.

Thing about high Hz is you don't need to reach high fps to benefit from it.
As long as you run the monitor in 120+Hz you get less lag, motionblur, better framepacing than with a 60 Hz monitor.
Is lg 27gp850-b good? it looks better than all the other 27 inch 144+ 2k monitors I saw, only some Samsung Odyssey is better than it, but it is also almost twice as expensive.

the va was fine but i gave it to my dad when i upgraded to an odyssey 7
