i like that, the idea of him being a weapon master armed to the teeth but i'm not sure if it works in practice having to get 4 weapons while the others only need 1-3

That's the thing. A generalist "weapons master" is all he can be now, thematically. You can no longer be a crazed berserker wielding just two axes or a juggernaut of steel wielding just a weapon and a shield. You will be capable of doing everything and you will like it, is what Blizzard seems to be saying.
"Just don't use all the weapons", I hear you argue, but you and I both know that will be seriously gimping yourself and even in the case that you can just carry some of the weapons as stat sticks, that still ruins the visual cohesion of your preferred character archetype.

Probably the most based thing ever when you really think about it. Any game with open trading is automatically P2W and a bot fest and incentivises shitty drops to balance out the economy. It also inevitably causes israeliteing others to be the best way to gain power instead of actually fricking playing.

I bet you'll be able to send items via personal messages (their version of an email, lol), but no trade or auction house.
You can trade resources and common dropped items but no rare items like legendary gear. It's much like how things are soulbound in WoW so people can't just buy themselves to the top.

That's only because drops are never adjusted for SSF. If they're adjusted for everyone being SSF by default, it won't be bad.
