There's probably 7 of them in the entire US who actually truly believe they are Punisher but Twitter (which Marvel writers engage in 24/7) fricking blows it out of proportion.

sure but Punisher is the most "problematic" because the skull is used by IRL /k/lords who stickerbomb their gear, wear skull shirts, etc and cops who like the idea of punisher. the skull scares the left about as much as troons scare the right.

Mvc3 was truly the best game but after Disney got bought they couldn't add patches to it anymore and it became Zero one touch combos and Morrigan spam. You'll likely never see another MvC in your life time and if there is one it'll be gutted with only the modern roster.

I wouldn't go that far. If 4 gets announced this decade, the roster would have some shitty picks sure, but there's no way they would try to make the base roster small this time so there would be plenty of good picks and dlc to outnumber the shitty ones.

Because Marvel approach to selling their shitty stories is to make it controversial because that's what sell according to them, if the reader are angry they will buy and keep buying. That's the only reason you get these stories which shit on beloved characters constantly.
