What if the Switch 2 is just a Switch Pro but they market it like a successor but it barely gets any exclusives games like the New 3DS, DSi and GBC? and it's just a machine that has nicer graphics and is part of the Nintendo Switch family of systems because Nintendo said that Switch will redefine console generations and it easily will be a 10 year system????
of course there is a need for docks because of clock speed and cooling. I mean I'm sure it will have like a Wii U mode and you can can stream to the TV but it will only be in true performance mode when docked
The sheer amount of forward leap performed in power by the Drake chip developed for this system makes the entire idea of a Switch Pro a pipe-dream, if the sheer length of time between the Switch's launch and now didn't already

This was a great launch. Compare to the fricking GameCube or something. I like Luigi's Mansion and Rogue Squadron II but these aren't system-sellers. One is a fricking tech demo. If the new console has a 3D Mario and Metroid Prime ready to go (one on launch, the other by the holidays) I'll be satisfied. If it has a Mario Kart or Smash or something for normalgays on top of that, it'll be a huge success.

Announcement probably, presentation probably not. They will want AT LEAST a month between announcement and showcase to build hype, maybe longer. I could see an announcement in February or March but reveal might not be until May or June.
