Oh yeah absolutely-- but only when it's done by a corporate entity account. While that comic came across as too whiny, I think at this point a personal account making jokes about terrible customers is something that can amuse both sides.
I guess the main problem with that concept artist's comic is that, they aren't comedic in nature. He doesn't really depreciate himself or make the situation where gamers complaining to be funny. He just want to unload and take a high ground. There need to be some sort of balancing act by appealing to your target of mockery's sympathy so comic strips don't come across as snotty.
That and when you take into consideration how hostile the industry as a whole has gotten, and not just towards the customer. Look at what they've done to people like Jeremy Soule, for example. We discuss how pajeet code farms are used to make games now, but we attribute it to greedy suits wanting to maximize profits. When really it's because all the talent and seniority in the industry is evaporating like a shallow puddle because of how disgusting and unprofessional everything has become. All you have to do is look at how they treated Jeremy Soule and others with their cancel culture campaigns, and DEI garbage. Nobody with talent is going to go within 500 miles of this nuclear waste dump.
So when you see this one guy ranting at shitty customers, it's hard, if not impossible to look at it simply as an isolated incident of one guy venting his frustration. It's another symptom of a much more serious disease affecting the industry as a whole, and the prognosis is looking bad.

Because most likely it will never been seen up until the NDA expires. If the project was still around, he could potentially use art that was offficially released as teasers for the project and maybe even the project is released before the NDA expires.
The project being canned means he HAS to wait for the NDA to expire to even have a chance to show his work.

The piss poor crediting in videogames is absolutely a valid complaint. You can't figure out who did what most of the time, which is great for the company because it turns the devs into a nameless blob and people only attribute the quality of games to the studio, not to the people that made it.
Funny there was a time when literally no one got credited in game development at all. Quite unscrupulous. It's weird and unbelievable reading about it today, in my experience at least.
