I like self-absorbed unapologetic bimbos who are open about their addiction to wiener. Fuuka is too pure and Futaba probably smells like cheese or something.
I don't know what the message was either. 3 was about learning to accept death and living your life to fullest. 4 was about accepting your self and coming to terms with who you are, both good and bad, and striving for the truth in your life.
5 was about rebellion and Japan's fricked up societal issues that lead to corruption. It was also about going into Mementos and beating up a bad guy to solve your confidant's personal issues for them.
It's a GAME! Persona 5 Royal is a VIDEO GAME! However you learned to think in class, throw it out the trash. It's time to grow up, non gamers. Tick tock.
It’s really quite simple to understand. Corrupt people will delude themselves as to why it’s okay to treat others like shit, and how gotta hold those people accountable by standing up to them.
Now the game is kinda contradictory in this message as they don’t provide any way to do this other than with mystical persona powers
don't be afraid to speak up against people of authority should they require a calling out, and don't just sit there and accept what others lay out for you if you have the capability to make your own path
Morality is a grey area, a lot of these palaces are getting people to admit what they did is wrong but it kind of doesn't work when a good chunk of them is aware of that fact but take advantage of it awarely.
For your crew and confidents, it's about making a difference in your life no matter what people try to say, forced arrangements, social issues, political positions, etc. You have to do a lot.
Ignore the second palace though, that was just moronic, it was cool at first but it devolved into "Yeah nah, frick this guy, let him say he actually did something to yusuke's mom"
I haven't played Royal so I don't know if they changed anything or what the new plot adds but this is what I understood
It's quite simple. It's not just that society's gone to shit, it's that even most victims ultimately accept the status quo and even desire it, because they don't think it can change despite wanting such deep down.
That's the reason the Phatom Thieves are such a big deal and why a part of most Confidants involves you going into the Metaverse. It's not that your pals can't fix the problems they're facing themselves, they try thanks to your encouragement, before being barred from doing so by blackmail, red tape, etc. The fact you need to do it for them shows how fricked things have gotten.
It's why everyone cheering the party against Yaldy and making a movement to free Joker from jail are impactful. It shows things CAN change and aren't hopeless anymore, but it's a slow process and you need to really try.
As for Maruki and third semester, pic rel. Not mocking any of it, just saying this encapsulates it.
>"it's that even most victims ultimately accept the status quo and even desire it, because they don't think it can change despite wanting such deep down."
I would say the 3rd semester is still more of the same.
The difference is the status quo rather than being done by some evil god is done by a well-meaning one.
Sumire is the prime example of this.
She accepts Maruki's reality because she doesn't believe her in the real world can be better and accepts Maruki's status quo.
When she finally comes about and decides that she wants to be able to live as herself and not her sister Maruki's world still denies it and tells her she'd be better being Kasumi.
>game has strong beginning, then twiddles its thumbs until the end where they realize they realize they need a proper villain >then Royal tells you to beat up your therapist >also who knows if any of your party members are actually friends
Do what you believe is right in your heart.
>by magically and forcefully change others
it is "H"
Brainwashing is ok when we do it
controlling people is le bad (but the Phantom Thieves™ who also do this are le good because they just are, chud)
Imagine being so brainbroken by modern day media that you think everything has to "have a message" that should be able to be expressed in a sentence.
Summon satan to fight your psychiatrist
The message is high schoolers are moronic and kids ultimately frick everything good up in their grand naivete to be super heros.
sex with makoto
yeah
flat as a pancake
Older women feel good on your dick.
I play for she
The message is "getting raped builds character".
Ann is so fricking sexy holy frick
Fuuka and Futaba are hotter.
No but fuuka is also hot
Futaba is too gremlinish
I like self-absorbed unapologetic bimbos who are open about their addiction to wiener. Fuuka is too pure and Futaba probably smells like cheese or something.
>Fuuka is too pure
That’s the point, I wanna rip a hole through those white stockings
I hate Morgana
Worship youth
Rape is morally good and builds character. Rape as many girls as you can to help them grow as a person
Live your life anon
happiness=bad
suffering=good

Maruki's stuff is a repeat of 4's message about facing your reality and not living in a fantasy/escapism
What did she mean by this?
It means she hates cucks

Anon it's a fantasy video game. The magic powers are just there for presentation. The messaging is still the same.
Grooming its cool and okay if its made by women!
don't be afraid to speak up against people of authority should they require a calling out, and don't just sit there and accept what others lay out for you if you have the capability to make your own path
Haru!
Don't let those in power stop you from trying to make a difference.
It's so blatantly in-your-face about it.
You may have brain damage, anon.

Now you understand why P4 stands alone as a masterpiece in this shitstain of a series
P4 shits itself after Ameno-Sagiri. Not to mention the fricking train wreck that is Golden in general.
It really doesn't.
Guess not all of us can be blessed with good taste.
Lawgay ares shit
don't live in a fantasy, face your own reality

There wasn't any, they had no idea what they were doing with 5
friends are only good as long as they have something to give, once they don't, you stop hanging out with them
>game has strong beginning, then twiddles its thumbs until the end where they realize they realize they need a proper villain
>then Royal tells you to beat up your therapist
>also who knows if any of your party members are actually friends
I'm convinced they spent all the time writing Kamoshida and then had no idea how to make the others compelling as the deadline approached
>le they were heckin frienderinos
Why does every moron parrot this?
Royal butchered it so I'm not surprised
Royal fixed everything that was wrong with P5.
