I usually do frozen vegetables and prepared frozen meat. Throw it in the steamer of a rice cooker and you can add a curry sauce or something. Couple minutes prep time at most. Frozen food isn't bad, microwaved food is.

Just google "one pan" or "one pot" meals or bulk cook.
Alternatively make stuff that doesn't require much cooking like sandwiches or salads.

You can also take canned or frozen meals and use them to "cheat" a lot of the prep for proper meals. Canned soup on it's own might taste like crap but with a little bit of seasoning and some fresh meat/vegetables it's a good basis for a sauce or stew

Pre-chop sausages/meat portions and freeze them. If they're cut small/thin enough you can defrost them in the pan and let them cook.

Get a rice cooker or boil some potatoes while you do other things

Sadly they did this to me because I was the smartest person working there in that department. I was getting more money than everyone else and my bank account just kept going up which I liked.
Yet everything else in my life was suffering and I hated everything. I felt like one of those Japanese workers being pushed to suicide.

I got used as a scapegoat after 4 years because a new company wanted to use ours for their work. They had a shitty reputation and I warned them but my bosses wouldnt listen. A mistake happened and they tried to pin it on me and said everyone was replaceable. I dared them to do it and they fired me.
5 months later the department I ran folded, other staff left because they couldnt do their jobs because i wasnt there to sort stuff and i got a nice pay off from taking them to court

Lol having a wife means you're on call 24/7
If she wants kids you can basically say goodbye to having hobbies

So much this. Also make sure to have kids in order to fix your troubled marriage.

Then quit? Who the frick is making you work? Get on section 8, and find out where your nearest food pantries are. Hell the government even gives out free Internet these days. You homosexuals who insist on working for a pittance are truly some of the biggest NPCs around.

A coworker (late Gen x maybe) of mine brought up 9/11 and how it pretty much turned everything around here and I told him if 9/11 happened today there would be celebrations on the streets in America it was quite funny to watch him agree

Yep, i know a few who have inferred the same thing, its over for this country and the sooner people wake up the better. Only the rich have survived and once they leave watch this place become Brazil 2.0

    >homosexuals in this thread pretending they're not fat fricks and cook their own meals and act like cleaning takes up time
what are you girls? wtf are you cleaning if you work most hours a day? do you come home and shit all over your bedroom walls? that's no excuse for your day2day of having "no time" for gaming. for one, you're wasting time browsing and replying Ganker, so clearly you have free time to game. bunch of fake ass homies in here

OK, I could have used a better word, one that rhymes with trigger and doesn't make me look like a kidder.

Easy, get a job with 12 hour shifts.
Your work weeks are literally nothing but that, but then you get an extended time off to do whatever the frick you want without worrying about anything else.
It really trims the fat of the day that comes with usual 8 hour shifts.

      I'm lazy
I just go for 20 hour weeks
      But I also make game
      And write
      And draw
But it's lazy since it doesn't make money, it really just pays for food and a private office I jack off in because I have no self control.

    >How the frick do people who have a job finish more than one game a month?
I don't. One a month is as good as I can do.

I now understand why “quiet quitting” is a thing
    >Do a good job
Then you just end up getting assigned more work, for the same pay as the incompetent coworkers, or end up having to make up for their frickups
    >Don’t do a good job, refuse additional work
Then everyone around you whines and complains
    >Economy goes bad
Then you get laid off, even if you did good work, because the people making all the money made incompetent business decisions and they basically get off scot free

Keep voting Red or Blue instead of libertarian or independent and you get what you deserve. GOP and dems are the most corrupt parties out there and they are directly and indirectly responsible for the track record of crony capitalism. End them and the country can heal.

Find a job next to your house or work from home
Have one day saved where you do shopping and clean the house
Plan your meals ahead and make portions to last you for 2-3 days
Most important, stop wasting your time here and go play vidya
