Ganker is a bunch of tryhards that think hating everything makes them look like they have exquisite tastes rather than a bunch of manchildren crybabies.
Zero Dawn isn't even that bad, the newer one however is so fricking bad, worse story (it's literally Assassins Creed with the Animus where you meet your future self and shit) the characters are so fricking bland boring and borderline cringe, Aloy is far more annoying, yeah muh graphic fidelity looks better than the last game but holy shit why is Sony pushing this shit so hard instead of that Japanese open world game or just a new open world with an actual interesting world instead of another sandbox with le epic dinosaur robots XD
shit franchise, it barely sold so they started bundling it 1 month into it's release to pump up sales figures
I'd argue the base gameplay of Ghostwire is good and had potential. It's a shooter that doesn't rely on a lot of shit like sprinting, cover, ironsights, or that kind of stuff that tends to plague the modern FPS. You need to keep shooting and moving appropriately to avoid taking damage.
Shame about how everything else turned out though. Horizon is plagued by modern streamlining elements in almost every aspect, in comparison.
Streamlining isn't necessarily bad, if you turn some of the options off it's okay. Even then it's tolerable. The only thing I fricking hate is Aloy talking to herself, like I already have all this shit on the HUD and a checklist shut up I know what to do.
I like the part where you play as the little girl, a shame it's so short.
It's quite boring honestly, feels like fantasy gta, go here do this go there do that
There's nothing glaringly wrong with it, but the more I played it the more bored I got and I had to stop playing after like 15 hours. It has MMO level quest writing and design, which is to say it's shit.
Most painfully mediocre game I've ever played.
Main character is the biggest issue and making her actually autistic in the sequel in an effort to try and explain why she barely has any personality was dumb as frick.
It doesn't seem particularly impressive visually compared to other games coming out, is there something specific that it does that makes it interesting? Lots of companies are using facial scans and motion capture these days, so I assumed it was just that.
This was a cop out introduced in the second game to hide her lack of personality and is connected to her being a clone of an ancient autistic lesbian scientist

Robot animals are pretty sweet.
Ghostwire Tokyo makes Forbidden West look like fricking Breath of the Wild. It's absolute shit.

go play elden ring dumb npc
>What's the problem?
Uggo main character.
Unironically this. If you're going to use a Female MC you can't have her look like she has a chronic case of Man Jaw. Simple as.
The new one sucks.
Completely uninspired troonycore game. Literally assassin's creed but worse, with feminism.
>Assassin's Creed but worse
Which Asscreed was it that you fought giant robot dinosaurs in?
At least Assassin's Creed knows what it is. Horizon likes to pretend it's not absolute dreck when it's the exact same game in a prettier package.

It plays like a bad ubisoft game. It is a very well polished but mediocre game.
I have played a lot of Ubisoft games, this is far better than any of them.
>What's the problem?
v: We hate it because it's a Sony IP and we cant jerkoff to the main character

It's light-heavy and bow gameplay. It also doesn't have a lot to do. Players want to define their character and the world.
>I had fun with it.
Animation and technical marvel everything else aside
What's marvelous about it? Legitimately curious.
Facial modeling and animation

I'm surprised Ganker hates Aloy so much when she's autistic enough to post here
