Really all depends on the kind of headache.

How are the physics in that game compared to most Driving Sims, is it more arcadish or simmy? Does RWD actually feel rewarding or is it spongey like Wreckfest
Try sleeping on your left side. The stomach is off center in your body and unless you have situs inversus laying on your left side keeps most of your stomach below the opening to your esophagus which makes it harder for the stomach acid to work its way up.

I used to get headaches all the time as a kid, then puberty happened and the headaches went away for good
