I'm saying that pc ports usually need higher requirements than a console. Gta iv could run fine on a 360 but still runs like shit on pc 15 years later
GTA IV is literally the single shittiest port you could possibly pick. It's not the norm for PC ports to suck anywhere near that much.

Bump the 300 on the gpu to 350. Motherboard for 100, cpu for 300, and ram for 50 bucks, psu 80 bucks, then you might have to buy an operating system if you dont have a windows license, keyboard monitor, mouse. It wipl be expensive but you get a full multimedia station. You want bootleg movies, games, musical software, bootlegging software, 1,000 vst for musical production. Might want to learn to code or learn command prompt and registry or powershell. If your going the pc route weigh your factors on other things besides the games youll play. Its

Exclusives were the backbone of a console, it gave it's library an identity, and pushed competition between console makers. Good or bad, you'd get interesting games you wouldn't see anywhere else.

Same. Only got the 360 because it was 100 cheaoer than the ps3. I talked my mom into buying it on its first real big sale with forza 2 motorsports and marvel ultimate alliance. Only wanted it because xbox were buying studio into releasing their games on other hardware like tge 360.
it started with the PS3. Costing $600, 3rd party games performing worse than on the way cheaper X360. Only exclusive games for the PS3 didn't look or ran absolutely awful. But no one really cared much about exclusives with the PS1, PS2 or PS4. Only with the PS3 some people cared about it.
