>Option 2 >SSF >Beat whatever you can beat through hardship >Every little conquest is meaningful >Slowly improve at the game with each league, increasing your knowledge, getting better at crafting and evaluating item usefulness, etc. >Have tons of content and challenges to look forward to for a long time
You can have fun with POE for a really long time if you don't trade.

Up to 6 player coop which I think is really cool, not sure how the game scales difficultly but apparently you get better rewards and harder mobs with a party.
