It means if one person fricks up, your team is pretty much fricked 90 percent of the time. With role queues, just hope to god you don’t get paired with a shit tank.
5v5 is better unless you're a fan of the moba elements and/or can't aim worth shit. There is a lot more individual agency in OW2. Balance is kind of fricked for a lot of heroes that were built around 6v6, but niche and useless heroes aren't exactly a new OW phenomenon.
>I haven't kept up
Good, keep doing that. Play literally any other FPS, not this screeching corpse of a game, and even if you want screeching corpses, play TF2 instead.
At least Battleborn had the decency to actually fricking die. It won in the end.
It's incredibly forced and soulless. It really feels like they haven't learned from any of their past mistakes and are blindly taking direction from suits or random content creators. Most of the changes aren't even good.
>better or worse
its both better and worse
5v5 is better, but the game is shit so don't play it.

>bad teammates mean you will lose in the game about team work
Yup
having one bad teammate in other team-based games like TF2 doesn't necessarily mean you'll lose the game
it's almost like Overwatch is badly designed or something
I'm surprised Ganker doesn't love the shit out of Overwatch considering it punishes shitters harder than other games.
>run away anon, run while you still can
It's better. Makes the game more individual skill based.
They still trying to force 2 dps 2 tank 1 support?
It's 1 tank, 2 dps, 2 support in OW2.

>try to copy tf2
>copy tf2 comp, the worst part of tf2
>game is shit
Really makes you think
What is with these games with low team member numbers? Take me back to having 8-16 players on one team.
COMPETITIVE BRO
CAN'T BE COMPETITIVE WITHOUT 5v5-6v6
I despite it - Chivalry II was a pleasant surprise with 64 player mode.
War of Rights? 300. Battlebit? 250+.
Indies are WINNING.

They should have made it 12v12. 3 healers, 3 tanks, 6 dps. Would have been nuts, aka, a lot of fun.
Terrible for esports of course but generally things that are fun are terrible for esports.
It's objectively better but the downside is that they will do everything to nickel and dime you now.
