Odyssey is fantastic, easily within my Top 2 favorite 3D Marios along with 64. I've 100%'d it twice myself. I'm hoping that they stick with the sandbox gameplay for the inevitable Switch 2 3D Mario because Odyssey really reminded me how much I prefer it over the linear ones. Being given so many movement options is such a blast.
Based Lostbro, that's my favorite.
I never managed to get that stupid fricking jumprope moon but i managed to get every other one
There's a bunch of bullshit ones but I think the jump rope one is pretty easily cheesed with the letters. I remember the absolute worst moon in the game being the one with the coin guy in Wooded Kingdom where you literally just have to shake the joy-con for like five minutes straight. I disagree with a lot of the complaints about the game having too many moons, but that one is just ass.
>the coin guy in Wooded Kingdom where you literally just have to shake the joy-con for like five minutes straight
You could just press the button instead but yeah, that one eats literal hundreds of coins. Volleyball was the most annoying for me, 100 bounces was ridiculous.

Which one is this? Don't recall it at all.
Wooded Kingdom's music being some weird 80s surfer music is so fricking bizarre but absolutely amazing. No idea what compelled such a choice but glad for it.
Same with the ball seal village being frosty celtic music. Very enjoyable.
Design wise. Desert for having a more Aztec + Dia de los Muertos aestectic. Also I loved the Boss.
For the level itself, Bowser's Kingdom is one of the best 3D mario worlds. The woodpecker thing is my favourite posession in the game and I LOVE how they styled it after a Shogun's Fort rather than the usual Evil Castle
Also honourable mention to Woodland for how bizarre it is. The fact that it's not just a woodland, but a woodland inside some robotic greenhouse makes it really stand out
Now that you're done, can I borrow your copy? And your Switch?
post your hand
nu-fun
Which kingdom was your favorite?
Bowser's Kingdom by far, Nintendo going full Imperial Nippon on Bowser was genius.
Good taste. I was also a big fan of Wooded and Lost. Wooded’s music is my favorite track in the game
Dat bassline
I only wish that the Ruined Kingdom had been a full area instead of just a boss fight and a few moons, the aesthetic was amazing.
yes
Elden Bing

You didnt complete game. Farm 120 moons on Bowser cloud sublevel.
I did that too and well over 80% of it was reused, uninteresting or monotonous filler bullshit.
>I did a bunch of stuff I found monotonous
moron
I never managed to get that stupid fricking jumprope moon but i managed to get every other one
You can create simple glitch with letters.
>880 moons
You used a guide; you didn't beat the game.
Some moon literally underground without any mark exept vibration.
If it's all in-game, it doesn't count as a guide.
I still never 100% the game
its still weird to me how detailed some of the models are in game though
Luigi’s Balloon World was a brilliant idea. It’s a shame that clipping into geometry ruined it
>880 Moons
You didn't beat the game you fricking moron
I'm pretty sure I did.
Frick that last wave was tough
dumb stupid squid.
Baka squid, you're in the wrong tab
Is SMB Wonder what the Odyssey team has been working on for the last few years? I find it hard to believe it's still the NSMB team
