There are a bunch of trainers you can fight to gain EXP, you can also utilize the lucky egg you’ve got + Audino farming on route 14. Should only take you a couple of hours at the most.
You don't need to grind at all, you're a grown adult, you can beat the League immediately if you so wish.
Even more so after you explore the post-game areas first.

it's worth exploring the rest of the region and finding the sages. i wouldn't recommend doing the league rematches if you already feel like moving on.

the post game is fun and worth playing, imo
if you don't wanna take it too seriously you can always catch a dragonair and ddnite through the rest of the game - you easily sweep alder as soon as you get dragon dance
but there is good stuff to see and do
Did fans figure out a way to revive the Dream World yet? I don't even want to revisit Gen 5 without the ability to do that. Too much of the game is gated behind a mechanic that was taken from us.

Aside from berry farming that the discord homosexuals won't shut up about, it's mostly Pokemon you definitely don't need if you're just revisiting the game. It's really nice to have, like the Pokewalker in HGSS, but it's not mandatory for having fun.

I got a solution for you.
Pretty sure there's some wifi port out there you can connect to that fakes a decent amount of the Dream World. I don't know it since I haven't finished my White 1 to start on White 2 yet.
