how do i get into the madou series
The first 3 episodes were released on various consoles, including the Game Gear (which has fan-translations for each.
There's also PC Engine and Genesis (the latter wasn't released in english but has a fan translation) which have differences. The Genesis version in particular has a very different battle system.
I love Puyo, Fever and Sun are the best ones but I really love how Puyo Puyo~n on the Dreamcast looks.
Like the other anon said there are like a billion different version of Madou 1, personally I'd recommend the PC-Engine CD version over the others: It fleshes out 1 into a full game just like the MegaDrive version but it also retains the original turn based combat while also including full voice acting, I've recently finished this one and loved it
Na, i dont get it. Too difficult. I beat mean bean with save states. I prefer Super puzzle fighter or tetris attack, even columns is more entertaining.
I go back and play some Pokemon puzzle league every couple years. So addicting and never worth the frustration yet I keep on doing it.
Why would you need save states for a game that gives you infinite retries
Each level takes several attempts, which becomes a few days. Took me like a month to beat it.
I want to like it because the jelly animations are pleasant, but I don't have the mindset for it. Not sure how to build up my board. If I get chains it's a total accident.
It's just a genre that really takes a little bit of practice. Getting an emulator with slow mode and playing through some of intense stuff while it's slowed down really helps you learn and get some core muscle memory down.
Tetris is better.
For me, it's GTR
Grand Theft Rollercoaster? Isn't it painfully difficult to escape from the police in that?
Yeah but they're gonna have a hard time catching you, too.
Tried it once on Yakuza and never again. It's like a harder Tetris, and I already fricking suck at Tetris.
Raping Tio Tot at pom pom party
What are some easier games to get into? Any kind of puzzle game I guess, even Yoshi's Cookie.
I have to entertain this holiday season.
I only ever play Kirby's Avalanche. Are the later games any more fun or is it just more of the same with increased graphics?
No.
