It was my favorite one. It did get annoying accessing the inventory eventually as cool as of an idea as it was. Beat it with a friend, we became real estate moguls.

the fable series is peak wasted potential. 1 and 2 are both simultaneously good and bad, and 3 is just dog shit.

      >TFW I fricking love Fable: TLC
      >Never got round to playing Fable 2 because no console
      >Play 3, love it all up until I actually become king and from there it's just a slog to cheese the system and buy all the houses and still afford the good ending
      >TFW Fable "4" Announcement legitimately the only thing that has made me hype in the last four years

Its decent game but if you played 2 its more of the same with nothing groundbreaking and shit like that, making autists seethe about it uncontrollably

Me too, more or less, with a few asterisks.

I don't think so. I only played it many years after release, with rock-bottom expectations, and had a pretty good time with it. But it has some glaring issues. You might like it if you liked Fable 2, because it's similar in a lot of ways, it's just worse in pretty much every aspect where it differs. Except maybe magic, and only in the sense that it's actually good in combat for the first time ever. The drawback is that the entire magic system was reduced to a half-dozen attack spells (and two potions), which is like so many other things in the game, moronic. The weapon system is also notably awful.

If you liked 2, you would've liked aspects in 3.
Its not as terribad as gays make it out to be

Things Fable 3 does better than Fable 2
      >house interior customization
      >spell weaving
      >every weapon has additional abilities you can unlock
      >has more choices that change things in the world
      >actual multiplayer instead of that weird shit in Fable 2

Things Fable 3 does worse than Fable 2
      >have to repair houses or you stop receiving rent
      >dyes are awful
      >removed targeted aiming with guns(ie no more shooting weapons out of enemy hands and no more dick shots)
      >cannot choose which expressions you use
      >slowmo kill animations ruin the flow of battle

Eh, it's alright if you don't treat it as a Fable game.

It literally doesn't let you change the fricking brightness for the first 2 hours of the game. They've realized it's a glorified Fable 2 DLC and decided to make the most inane design choices to prevent this fact from reaching the light. It's fricking terrible.

Also now that I look at my pics I have saved wasn't Fable 3 also the game that could give you a black baby with your spouse even though the both of you were white? Another reason to dislike it

Probably if you fugged the childhoodfriend girl. Think the code also makes her give you a STD.

speaking of Elise,I thought they did her MAD dirty making her blonde. The brunette look I saw from her concept art was much fricking better

It could. It's stupid, but I think it has to do with where your spouse is from in the game world. Each area has an NPC 'class' with corresponding children, and if you have a kid, a model is chosen from random among them. The lower class set has some dark-skinned npcs (I can't remember if they're supposed to be black or just dirty), so if your spouse is lower class, your child will come from that pool without regard for skin color. And I assume that since the industrial area is where you encounter the version of your childhood friend character you can marry (a common choice, it seems), she (or he) gets coded as a lower-class NPC and so your child can end up a darkie. This is all a hypothesis based on no real evidence, mind you. I've never cared enough to actually test it, and it's not like you can save and load easily anyway.

I want to replay fable 2 on pc. Why is it the only one not on pc 🙁 1 and 2 are the best. I miss Lionhead so much. Peter Molynuex made the best games.
