Just because you lack taste and are happy to suck up a shitty mod that was shilled for years by the modders behind it as the bestest thing ever to grace NV modding, it still doesn't make it a good mod retroactively.
If it wasn't as heavily shilled as it was, I can assure you that it would've received a completely different response. All the additional drama was caused by the modders themselves trying to save face.
Totally. They basically propped it up to AAA levels of expectations and delivered mediocrity. The thing is mediocrity is kind of the standard for mods focused on story. If expectations had been kept at normal levels, people would have called it great.
