FFXVI certainly does. I don't think it has to do with that at all though, I think the demo for FFXVI was really good and had they kept up the intrigue I felt playing that, I would have loved the game. But really, FFXVI devolved into going after each crystal pillar and doing a bunch of meaningless sidequests. That and everything has way too much health.
technically act 1 has more content now than it did in EA so you're not even entirely correct on the premise. You couldn't even do the creche in EA.

technically I'm not correct that a majority of players dropped the game after the early access content?

Now you're moving the goalposts. In the intermediary between the Act 1 achievement and the Act 2 achievement it does drop from over 50% to 38.2%, but that does not mean the missing percentage did zero act 2 content.

So it was actually 62% of players dropped the game after the early access content

62% of players have yet to complete act 2. act 2 was not in early access. 50% of players have reached post-EA content. Keep up, moron.

Yes so 62% of players dropped the game after early access content, I'm guessing somewhere around 80%+ players dropped the game in act 3

At some ambiguous point after early access content where they have likely experienced post-EA content. Pretty sure the stats got worse after Christmas, I don't expect everyone who got the game in December to complete it in less than two months, some people actually have shit to do with their time.l0

You're saying the only people who liked it did so after playing it a short time, whereas the reality is almost everyone who sank triple digits into it is overwhelmingly positive -- not lukewarm or mixed or critical, but giving glowing praise and recommendation.
BG3 is critically acclaimed by every metric apart from the pile of shit you seem to have instead of a brain.
>so successful you sack your shareholders and have no leadership >so successful you cant afford the IP when offered to buy it >blacklisted from social events in the industry
Literally the lolcow of game devs.
the gay pozzed relationshit I want isn't even an option though. I play the game for more than just the couple minutes of screentime this gross dirty spider gets.
>70 year old japanese men whose idea of fun is chain smoking while downing a 12 pack of beer and paying a prostitute to sing with them don't know what makes a good video game
I'm shocked.
The funniest cope is people saying no one played a DnD system for the gameplay
Like, homie, what fricking genre do you think this is? People obsess over making powerful builds and finding absurd synergies. DnD has been around for half a century
Agree. Seeing actiongays on endless damage-control almost made the game worth buying just for that. Luckily it's also fun so that DOES make it worth it.
He's right, it isn't.
Doesn't mean I want to watch either, or that people at a game studio should have to animate it. Which is good in this case because the Bear romance scene is a cutaway and doesn't show anything, and ends up feeling more like a silly joke than anything serious.
I've seen people post gameplay webms, but if you aren't familiar with the mechanics it just doesn't look like much. May as well be watching chess no commentary and without knowing the rules. Doesn't exactly have the same flashy animations as some JRPG.
no one played this for the gameplay thoughbeit
Me. It was a turn based CRPG with JRPG-esque bosses. Pretty much the only reason to play is the gameplay
the combat was fricking horrible, i started turning mods on to just skip the fights
>modding the gameplay out of your game
Go read a VN or something wtf
Maybe it's all the sex and violence.
Doesn't FF have sex and violence too?
FFXVI certainly does. I don't think it has to do with that at all though, I think the demo for FFXVI was really good and had they kept up the intrigue I felt playing that, I would have loved the game. I prefer real action combat, but I don't mind turn based. I (mostly) enjoyed BG3. I just hate 4 homies in a row genre
didn't like 75% of players drop the game right after they got out of the early access area
In what world?
uh steam achievements
Leave act 1 has 51.4% right now.
yeah but act 2 achievements are almost completely unfinished, which is why I said "dropped the game after early access content"
are you okay?
technically act 1 has more content now than it did in EA so you're not even entirely correct on the premise. You couldn't even do the creche in EA.

All of that is because they sold out to West Taiwan. It's also a terrible carbon copy 5e title with shit combat.
Say something nice about me and my moronic wife.
She's not moronic, she's just in the moment.
Gamers don't want shitty chink turn-based games. Western turnbased has always been better.
Nobody played this trash for the turn based mechanics. They played it for the gay pozzed relationshit and cuckoldry.
the gay pozzed relationshit I want isn't even an option though. I play the game for more than just the couple minutes of screentime this gross dirty spider gets.
what an ugly homosexual face
he just needs to be cleaned up a little. and a hair care routine.

I wish owlcat made bg3 I hate larians turn based environmental puzzle shit, give me proper DND rtwp 2000s gameplay Black person
RTWP would've unironically been better in BG3. Then I wouldn't have to spend so much time in a terrible combat system.
The funniest cope is people saying no one played a DnD system for the gameplay

Meanwhile in reality.
Gamers want kisses, momma K kisses
I didn’t even finish Act 1. People that bought the game tuned out of it because CRPGs still suck.
He's right, it isn't.
Doesn't mean I want to watch either, or that people at a game studio should have to animate it. Which is good in this case because the Bear romance scene is a cutaway and doesn't show anything, and ends up feeling more like a silly joke than anything serious.
How come I never see anyone post actual gameplay of this game?
It's a top down turn based game, it's not flashy.
I know but I never see the gameplay.
I've seen people post gameplay webms, but if you aren't familiar with the mechanics it just doesn't look like much. May as well be watching chess no commentary and without knowing the rules. Doesn't exactly have the same flashy animations as some JRPG.
Just dropped in to see if Ganker is still seething about BG3.
....
Yep. Carry on then.
Star rail is a better turn based game than this and it’s free. You homosexuals try so hard to validate your gaysim it’s pathetic
