Wannabe-hardcore gay fans of the other BF titles hate that it's so popular. It's the only BF with good gameplay, solid shooting mechanics simply for the fact they were accurate, the only time classes were balanced, and great tight map design because it didn't need to cater to planegays forcing every map to be spread out with big patches of empty space, and it successfully implemented a new gamemode that actually worked.
Every other BF is a fricking mess. Their maps are terrible and their shooting mechanics are pure trash. A bunch of inherently inaccurate sprinkler hoses with an MOA so fricking wide that a center of mass shot could miss a dude at 50m, leading to everyone playing Medic and Sniper for the most accurate guns and the good gadgets in nearly every BF from 42 to whatever the newest piece of shit is.

Rush matches were the best. Shit got really intense towards the end and Vietnam DLC was also tight. It should’ve been made as a completely new title.
