The first 5 Gor novels are entertaining, throwback Sword and Planet style fantasy in the vein of Edgar Rice Burroughs but with a heavy dose of Greco-Roman influenced Maledom. Norman was clearly a fan of the Iliad. Basically, all women on this alien counter-Earth are property. Men fight over them and women swoon over the idea of being "claimed" by the right powerful warrior.
It's definitely erotic fiction but keep in mind it's erotic fiction written in the 1960's. The actual sex descriptions is pretty tame.

Some stuff went down, but basically the lewd bits are as follows:

In our text based ttrpg the elf bard wins by outlasting the dwarf woman but not by much. I believe the digital dice roll was like 6 the elf bard and 4 the dwarf.
You can throw in the concept of forbidden love if you want but that wasn't the case in the lewd session.
As for other things the setting is where the concept of race is reinforced by incompatibility between the humanoid races. So no half-X races exist in the setting which essentially explains why the races consider themselves different from each other.
In other words.
Elf bard and dwarf blacksmith are now friends with benefits and no need to worry about pregnancy.

Stocks are for restraining legs, you're thinking of a pillory as that's for restraining head and hands
I believe that stockade and pillory are pretty much synonyms, and can be restricting just head and hands, or just legs, or both. The was even domestic "finger stockades" where slacking house servants and misbehaving children could get locked in by their fingers

It's really not. I've honestly used some of it's core mechanics for years now in my lewd solo games, but oftentimes I'll be playing and a situation will come up where I need a mechanic resolution and I'll have to rely on some other method or mechanic because it's not covered in the Book of Erotic Fantasy.
It's written for a very specific sort of sexual experience in-game, when in reality there needs to be broader mechanics for different scenarios that can come up. Using the mechanics of BoeF you can play different scenarios:
>An orc warrior and his band of marauding cohorts just got done butchering an innocent elven village. Afterward, he decides to have his way with the captured survivors, one of which is their head priestess who he is attempting to mindbreak by making her cum on his dick.
>After a long journey away from her home city, a halfling rogue returns home to find her husband has taken in another lover. At first she's upset that he cheated, but she comes to find that the only reason they had an affair was because they both missed her. Now they have a horny threesome, the outcome of which will determine whether she wants to stay home or go back out adventuring
Both of these scenarios are played by making the same rolls and using the same exact mechanics and skills. Maybe different bonuses or feats are used, but otherwise BoeF treats them the same. Does that seem right? I personally don't think so.
It's basically the difference between Intimidate & Diplomacy, which is stupid too.
All of the DnD sex books decided to spend all of their pages on backgrounds, spells and items, also for some fricking reason they all have pregnancy mechanics that are way more in-depth than either the sex or seduction.
They're okay if you want to play a very specific scenario where you go through a dungeon and frick the monsters but if you want to do anything as mundane as seduce and pleasure an NPC (maybe even for narrative reasons!) they're useless

I once had a game where the villain among his main goals also wanted to make a powerful dynaty and thus genderswapped and brainwashed powerful warriors who he made his concubines and lieutenants. I didn’t even exclude the PCs either, one time the party got in a bind and had to run for their lives with two party members dead and a third dying, the players rerolled their characters and several sessions later they ended up facing three very familiar females with the same classes and builds as the abandoned characters, the two dead ones having been brought back to life.

just kind of stuck here at the moment. The benefit of using an oracle system for writing is it’s a constant reminder that conflict and the unknown has to be injected into every scene. The problem with opening up magic is asking where are the limits, like free will. Not into forced hedonistic downward spirals
So are oracles just the catch all term for those random event systems that spur the story on in a solo system?
In a lot of ways. They are just ways to rapidly decide what shows up as an encounter, or what kind of problems are going to faced.
Simple oracles are like big 8-balls, you ask a yes or no question, it spits back a likelihood of the event. You can refer to variables to adjust it, so you’re referring to say an environment variable or a character variable, and you’ll see an adjusted chance.
Others are like tarot cards, which can be used to create plot points or entire dungeon layouts.
For Labyrinthus, I basically reformulated it as a set of cards so I can create a dungeon and story with a long but simple number generator. Like 24d6 10d8 for a ten room dungeon with a quest line.
It doesnt drive where my story or writing goes exactly, but its how the character adventures by experiencing adventure. So i get to use the creative things i create in a world that is populated by completely unexpected things drafted by someone else.

Is there a significant difference between a system like Mythic and Labryinthius? I got Mythic and I can reasonably run a solo game but I can also tell that there's a lot more that could be done to make a solo game (specifically a lewd one) operate on a more automatic/natural level than just a writing assistant.

I’m kind of using like an adventure setting supplement, even though it is very generalized and adaptable for any setting.
Whereas Mythic is like a Dungeon Masters system core book telling you how to organize story, create events, and make decisions
Mythic feels like a system that revolves around understanding the rising and falling chaos of your environment. It treats chaos as so currency that will translate the tension of your system into a single variable that Mythic can handle, either in terms of spewing back likelihood of events or happenings. It expects you to be good or get good at identifying times you should be asking questions. And really, in developing good stories you should be asking questions. It does a fantastic way of organizing the story, characters, and threads that make up the beats of a story
Laby understands it is more focused on dungeon crawling, but also that it is part of a world setting that is open to if not running on hentai logic. It is much more setting specific and knows the kind of hijinks one is trying to get into. I made the card system adaptation for myself because I just want to sit down and theater of the mind a dungeon crawl in its setting in a few minutes of referencing the adventure compendium.
Probably said the same thing three different ways, but im dumb. I accept the story making principles from Mythic, but largely am just using DnD DMG for a lot of references in game stuff, cause I can mix and match easily that way without having to translate my ideas into chaos factor ‘coins’
