I never played BW, but I want to give it a go. Having a full Dex of new Pokémon and somewhat of a story focus sounds interesting. I'd go with White because I dislike Black things. This also means that I'd prefer the white dragon, but this seems to be exclusive to Black. Also, I dislike the fact that Unova is based on the US.

Really fun game and many interesting mons. Great rival team with badass ost. Many cutscenes at the beginning. Catch Lilligant (Petilil), she’ll sweep elite four like nothing

The games are sequels, so if you play White and then White 2, you'll get both dragons.

Another thing is, the starters are all cute and I know that I'd love to call a Tepig "Napoleon" after reading "Animal Farm" again lately. However, every single final stage seems so underwhelming in design. I'd rather have Lilligant, Chandelure and that Ghost Jellyfish as my Grass, Fire and Water types respectively.

Yes, I love the Ghost type. Unova seems to have quite some interesting ghosts.
