That was how I handled it when I was the GM of a raiding guild in WoW. I made it clear to everyone that guys in the guild could shoot their shot with female members but if you were rejected to be mature, let it go and not keep hounding her for another chance or be an butthole to her afterwards. I also told the girls to politely decline any advances if they were not interested as opposed to causing a scene or humiliating him, not to be attention prostitutes in guild chat/vent and not to lead on any guys in the guild to get preferential treatment.
Anyone who violated these simple rules got one warning, after that it was /gkick no exceptions. As a result we had minimal drama, we made good progression and we had fun. Two marriages, a handful of serious relationships and some hookups happened as a result of members meeting each other in my guild. Granted that was in the late 2000s through the mid 2010s, before the troony scourge arrived, but I'd handle that by just not inviting them into my guild in the first place.
