I spent way too much time in IV punching cars til someone wanted to fight, then climbing on a taxi until they punched it because cab drivers will always defend themselves, then just watching the NPCs fight in the middle of the street.

Best part of the game. With the PS2 shaders the countryside looks absolutely gorgeous, and the grunge station fits perfectly for the drive.
