3d platformers are a dead genre anon, just let it go

And Rare killed them. Too many collectables, too many upgrades, maps too big with too few enemies and obstacles to justify being that spread out. You’d think they were overcompensating Texans for all the unnecessary bloat they put in those games.

YL is more like Tooie than Kazooie

I like Tooie better, but I got Tooie used as a child and didn't play Kazooie until I was much older.

You only like Banjo because you played it when you were a kid. If you played it for the first time now you'd get like 20 minutes in and say "what's the point of this"

What could possibly give you that impression?

        Rare HQ by the way.

Just how could you come to the conclusion that modern Rare couldn't capture the irreverant magic of 1990s Rare?

I really wanted to work for Rare as a kid growing up in the 90s. Glad I took a different path.

        Do Bri'ish people really?

          90s:
          >bunch of nerd bros create franchises that remain culturally relevant decades later

          2020s:
          >bunch of dangerhairs hijack something someone else created and make sure it meets modern sensibilities

          Many such cases.

You're 23 years too late, dude.

The industry's not in the right mood for a Banjo game.
    All the staff have retired.
And the kicker is, Banjo Tooie wasn't even that good compared to Banjo Kazooie.

It'll never happen unless it's wrapped in 20 layers of irony.
