Who knew that Bloodborne would suffer the same fate as OG Demon's Souls. Perhaps one day Bluepoint will come along and ruin Bloodborne as well. until then our best hope is PS4 emulation.
The DLC is the best for sure. The base game is good too especially if you like the other souls but I'd only put it above DS1-3. But yes with the DLC, it's fantastic and honestly the game feels incomplete without it (because it is)

pay for the lowest ps plus tier
stream it on your laptop or whatever, won't run as bas as on a base ps4
no, you can stream it on your pc, it has always been like this since the times of ps now which is not defunct and is part of the ps plus
it baffles me that people don't know about that, maybe because the bulk of the moviegames have been already ported over to pc
the last time I tried ps now (few years ago) it did a connectivity check before you could proceed to verify that you connection is fast and stable enough for an optimal experience
I guess they kept it, my internet was mediocre and it run ok, didn't notice any disconnects or lag in game

It's pretty stable if you have a good connection. Playstation has done streaming for quite a while now, they had those "Playstation TVs" you could stream PS3 games off of.
I never really managed to get into dark souls and any fromsoft game really, but i absolutely love bloodborne.
Theres just something great about the game and its not just the gameplay since its apparently not that different from their other titles and yet, i finished it in a few sittings years ago while always getting completely bored 2 hours in dark souls.
Havent tried elden ring yet, so hopefully that will hook me as much as BB did, but it just doesnt seem as appealing
It’s a great game, but I honestly can’t recommend you go out and buy a console just to play one game. Shame it isn’t on any other platforms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >:|

At this point you could easily find some old ps4 for like 100 euros on your local version of craigslist and if you really just want it only for BB, just sell it right away. The game disc you can get for another 5 euros probably and even on the ps store its often sold for like 10...

ER is everything BB set out to do but better in every way possible. Period.

I got a Playstation just for this game and was disappointed. It's mediocre compared to DS3, Sekiro, Elden, but better compared to From's older games
