I normally am against remakes, and haven't bought/played DX, but I really want an Explorer's of the Sky remake.
Even more than that though, I'd truly love a 3rd Orre game. Not a remake or a port, I want something completely new.
I'd like a third pokepark game but that series is long dead, same for ranger.
A new pmd would be fantastic too of course.
Nobody cares spin offs
Millions of people care, pokemon is the biggest franchise in the world it's not shocking the mainline series is just more popular overall.
But the spinoffs give fans a unique way to experience it outside of the same old same old.
Spin-offs were literally better than the mainlines. Maybe you should play them.

To me this is on the same level as forgetting an hypotetical new game similar to Stadium/Battle Revolution or Colosseum/Gale of Darkness
that was mainly due to the game just being “pretty good” and coming out on a console obviously worse for it than the one directly preceding it I think. At least it had loads of hype and was still talked about for months after release, that’s a rarity nowadays and having it back even just once was so refreshing. Still remember all the threads pointing at Meganium getting spotlight and the graphics

Pokemon Go's absurd amount of revenue will ensure they'll keep making shitty mobile games for years to come. And even some shitty mobile games will be rebranded and revamped in order to become less shitty, like Cafe Remix and Mastersex.
