Prime is one of the few first person games I don’t think would benefit from a keyboard because you don’t have to aim
PrimeHack already exists, and it seems to get near universal praise from PC FPS players. I found it a bit odd too considering how slow paced it is, but its atmosphere was always its strongest point.
The game is unrionically made to be played on a controller with clunky stiff controls. Wii controls break the game as would mouse and keyboard.
It's such a good game that breaking it with PC aim doesn't even matter. Same with RE4. People play it with PC aim and still think it's a masterpiece.
Yea I think responsive precise controls like with mouse and keyboard would make the worse, like how removing the tank controls and camera would ruin resident evil but to a lesser extent

Prime is absolute dogshit. It is both linear and full of backtracking, has no challenge, terrible environments, shit controls and a terrible story. Other than the graphics at the time, it has no redeemable qualities.

it's transcended all of those, with the exception of HL1, Prime has a much larger legacy and has aged much better
