In Dwarf fortress Urist is very common.
Dwarf Fortress has transgender dwarves, so I wouldn't say it represents the dwarven stereotype very well.
Urist has so much meme culture with it, I don't think there's any true equivalent to it for other races.
Might as well be Legolas for elves and Smith for humans. They don't come close.

The most common given name for male humans on the planet earth is currently "Mohammed" excluding a multiplicity of variants.
Make of that what you will, but for starters I think humans should be given Cleric as a favored class.
