Consoles are not development platforms nor are they workstations. Making a game on a platform doesn't imply making it FOR the platform, that is a false equivalence. Any other questions?
Some like Sony pay for games to be exclusive for a time.
Nintendo demands exclusive for its IPs as it views it as one of their console's selling points.
Japan also doesn't have a strong PC market. So it is seen as a waste to have some of their team members go and iron out the bugs/patches for a game instead of throwing resources elsewhere.
Finally, games on PC are pain in ass to ensure work on a majority of systems. Its easy to get a stable build for PS5 or whatever comps they have in studio because those are set specs. But customers will all have unique drivers, cards, etc.
Developing on a PC and building FOR PC are different things. Are you moronic?

Typically, one of two reasons.
The first is they have a contract with a console manufacturer for (temporary) exclusivity.
The other is that the game is only optimized for a specific console's architecture and they can't be arsed to optimize it for PC. This is less of an issue nowadays since Sony and Microsoft consoles are basically just PC-lite anyway and even Nintendo consoles aren't -that- different, but it still saves a lot of work not having to optimize for every possible hardware configuration.
I had to log into that shitty website to check myself and it just adds dicks to an existing pet play mod with bdsm. There is no visible pussy on the sprites so it's not even a futanari mod because they get turned into troons. That or the sprites in the game are so pixel-scarce the modder couldn't even fit a pussy in there so he ended up making a troon mod regardless.
Because big corporations pay a lot of money to be scummy and take games hostage for locked down hardware that removes control from consumers.

We've been spoiled by patches and GOG. Fear 1 has a bug where it drops the frame rate unless if you have a specific DLL installed. Survival Crisis Z straight up can't be opened at all.
And does that amount to most of the shit from the XP era? I could also nitpick Heroes 3 and say the original runs fine on a modern system completely unmodded
Those are one of the many examples. The only old games that currently work are patched to work on newer systems.
Eternal Fighter Zero already didn't work starting from Vista

It's funny to me that linux is now better at playing older games than modern windows is thanks to proton.

PC port involves getting shit running for all different types of computers and hardware combos
Apart from the obvious marketing angles, there's the issue of configurations and taking advantage of the console itself.
This probably doesn't apply more but a lot of early SNES games were programmed on the Apple IIGS, which couldn't actually run SNES games.
Consoles have a specific architecture and they are easy to optimize for, whereas android devices and PCs have a variety of specifications that make it very difficult to optimize. What might work with one specific architecture wouldn't work with the other because of different RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.
Either paid to have it be a console exclusive or too lazy to port properly to other platforms, including PC.

They can’t wait to start messing with settings, downloading new drivers, tweeking little idiosyncratic settings deep in the heart of the machine- all so they can play if for 5 minutes before getting boring of it, set it aside, and excited for messing with their settings to get the next game they can’t play to work.
