Depends. Do we have a time-limit like Zorah Magdaros blowing up? Do we have tools? Is carting a mechanic or do we die for real at the first good hit we take from a monster?
Time limit is there, but much more lenient to make it possible. You can use any weapon and tool, as long as (You) could actually use it. Carts are there and you will probably be fine, but it's still going to fricking hurt to get bodied by elemental dinosaurs.

Do I get upgraded to a Hunter? Monster Hunters are literally descended from genetically modified super-soldiers. Regular people can't wield hunter weapons aside from the lighter S&S and dual blades. They can't shrug off being trampled by an elephant equivalent.

I always assumed that MH world works in similar ways to shonen manga like Dragon Ball, meaning every humans can become a hunter and wield hunter weapons if they dedicate their life into their training. Similar to how a regular human like Krillin can become a planet buster by dedicating his life to martial arts.

as just a regular human? no, they're shown to be shit, thats why hunters exist. regular people are tapped out by the end of low rank

If it were John Carter rules, I think we'd be just fine. Guessing it would have to be a world of lower then earth gravity, We could probably bare handed rough up some of the monsters. Odogron and Barroth might give some trouble since they're really squirrelly jumping all over the place like they do.
First time playing MHW here and I just done the first Zorah capture part, should I be using armor spheres on my current armor (bone) or should I be saving them and just crafting better armor?
If thats the armor you use most, level it. at some point its going to need materials you dont have anyway.
if you have more than say like, 20 of a sphere, its already "common" for you, and feel free to spend them if you have the money. Sure you'll get better gear soon enough, but its not like upgrading what you use is bad
Armor spheres are pretty plentiful, the ones you have access to at that point in the game, anyway. So don't worry about throwing them at your current set.
You will be switching gear around a lot, though, since you're still in the early game, so I wouldn't recommend it even if it isn't a big deal either way.
I would just live out the rest of my days in the gathering hub with the guildmarm.

another 10 minutes every time you enter your camp to resupply or change equipment
Why? If you're any good, you don't need to go back to camp ever. If you're bad, you'll cart out or run out of time anyway. Only speedrunners actually abuse the camp for all it's worth.
100 light bow guns coordinated could take down anything. If monkes could become apex predators from learning to throw rocks as a group, then anons could conquer any dumbass monster and turn it into a pincushion. At the very least it would be in so much constant agony it would be constantly fleeing and we could hound it to death with papercuts. 100 lbg is an absurdly large amount of arrows per second for anything to deal with.
I'm sure between the hundred of us we could make some better weapons than the monhun world has. Our biggest threat would be heat in lava areas, even with monhun world cooling tech we just aren't as resistant as a hunter

Monster wise I think most things would be doable, with the big roadblocks being Anjanath (sp?) and Nergigante due to their overall aggresivity and brutality. The latter I don't think you can beat realistically given how his lore boils down to "I'm OP as frick"
I would be the Kulu King because I wouldn't have the balls to fight many other things.
Do they have some sort of way to turn me into a super human like them? Because no amount of training is going to allow me to kill a monster. I'm better off as one of the logistics guys back at base.
If I have 99 other anons with me then I guess we can just hunt the smart way with traps and overwhelming firepower instead of swinging around oversized weapons.
Do all of us get to fight together? I think 100 of us wielding bowguns could manage it.
