The only bad part of the leaks is the personal info being leaked. Other than that, nothing was "ruined". It's a little disheartening to have your work shown before it's ready, but it's not the end of the world.

The only bad part is the documents, and even then, shame on them for keeping their employees' passports in clean files on their servers. I live in Europe and my employers are required by law to delete that shit after 6 months, and if they don't protect it adequately, I can sue.
