We don't know if he actually managed to kill them off for good or not. Given that he probably doesn't have the knowledge/white auracite required to actually do so it's likely that he only destroyed their physical bodies, but it's not been confirmed either way.
He didn't have the knowledge or means to permakill them (nor did he even know that this was a requirement), so all he could accomplish was forcing them out of their current bodies, which has long been established to be a minor annoyance at most for them.
He did not have White Auracite or any other similar devices. There used to be speculation that he had salvaged the Heart of Sabik which could potentially have served that role, but Pandaemonium confirmed that he did not.

They showed two Mandervillians loading into the spaceships but only showed one getting out.
Current Hildibrand storyline is about a "loony UFO hunter conspiracy theorist" that believes aliens are reals, and Sharlayan deals with them but keeps them a secret. He also has a newspaper dedicated to UFO sht
We end up finding a UFO and an alien, which obviously vindicates the conspiracy theorist
Turns out the alien mentions that he didn't come to the planet alone and is actually looking for his partner
We help him repair his saucer and help him find his friend, the loony UFO guy tags along to "keep an eye on him" and keeps insisting the Sharlayans are behind the aliens
We end up finding the other alien traveled to Sharlayan to get his ship fixed. We follow to try and find him
Turns out Godbert is there trying to recover an old family relic that was given to the Sharlayans to study at some point and then forgotten about
We don't find the other alien, but he was indeed in Sharlayan and got his saucer fixed. The loony UFO guy also finds out he has fans in Sharlayan, which he figured out wouldn't be possible because he assumed the Sharlayans would ban his newspaper or whatever. This plus the fact the sharlayans are not hiding the fact they helped an alien fix his ship makes him think that maybe the Sharlayans are not behind the aliens after all.
The alien we are travelling with mentions at some point that his people used to deal with a race of aliens called the Mandervillians
Anyway, Godbert gets his family relic, and the alien offers to get it working. He does, turns out it is a projector set up by Godbrand Mandervile, the first of the Mandervilles, to explain to future Manderville generations that they are actually a small race of parasitic aliens that had to abandon their planet because of a disease or something
Hildi is canon and they really felt the need to offer a detailed lore explanation for what were clearly supposed to be cartoony comedic elements of the game and just decided to make it ayys like every other major revelation recently

Add more children to the game. Not in that way. It always made the world way more immersive when you see kids of all the different races running around or playing or just existing in general. 95% of the NPC's are adults which isn't game breaking but the ratio is way the frick off for an actual world.

Pandaemonium was also a place in FF9. And Hades is a secret superboss in FF9 who was originally meant to be the final boss. In Shadowbringers, he is the final boss.
Pande an FFII reference and IX's rendition of it was already a callback since it's a game full of callbacks like XIV. Hades was in at least one prior game (VII) although I can't remember if he was in any before that.

Sadly Blufever was most likely fired after the Shadowbringers leaks, we didn't get Endwalker leaks at all until the skill leaks from the playtesters. Plus several leakers didn't realize that FFXIV screenshots have a hidden ID overlay so they got outed

It's both I think, the inspiration is still there and Reapers are Garlemald's answer to Dark Knight as Batman police, but I personally think the demon partner (especially in terms of aesthetic) and the Death's Design timer kind-of being Doom and Sole Survivor are very big Marluxia references.

It's not particularly "hard" because it's RNG and because there's no real work except scouring the proper means and checking stuff for the higher odds of what you want.
But it will often require a lot of patience, it took me like 12? lotteries to get the small.
It took me like fricking 100 failed lotteries to get the medium.
Some lucky homosexual could walk in and get a god tier large on the first lottery.
That said, I've noticed the BEST times to enter a house lottery is during these downtimes, there's way less players, the medium I won for example only had like 60 entries which would've had like 120-200 if it was near a big patch or expansion release.

It's actually because yoshi wanted both the twins as the dissidia rep , since they couldn't make both of them at once work they went with yshtola as the second best option. We don't know if he actually managed to kill them off for good or not. Given that he probably doesn't have the knowledge/white auracite required to actually do so it's likely that he only destroyed their physical bodies, but it's not been confirmed either way.
He didn't have the knowledge or means to permakill them (nor did he even know that this was a requirement), so all he could accomplish was forcing them out of their current bodies, which has long been established to be a minor annoyance at most for them.
He did not have White Auracite or any other similar devices. There used to be speculation that he had salvaged the Heart of Sabik which could potentially have served that role, but Pandaemonium confirmed that he did not.

We end up finding the other alien traveled to Sharlayan to get his ship fixed. We follow to try and find him
Turns out Godbert is there trying to recover an old family relic that was given to the Sharlayans to study at some point and then forgotten about
We don't find the other alien, but he was indeed in Sharlayan and got his saucer fixed. The loony UFO guy also finds out he has fans in Sharlayan, which he figured out wouldn't be possible because he assumed the Sharlayans would ban his newspaper or whatever. This plus the fact the sharlayans are not hiding the fact they helped an alien fix his ship makes him think that maybe the Sharlayans are not behind the aliens after all.
The alien we are travelling with mentions at some point that his people used to deal with a race of aliens called the Mandervillians
Anyway, Godbert gets his family relic, and the alien offers to get it working. He does, turns out it is a projector set up by Godbrand Mandervile, the first of the Mandervilles, to explain to future Manderville generations that they are actually a small race of parasitic aliens that had to abandon their planet because of a disease or something

It took me like fricking 100 failed lotteries to get the medium.
Some lucky homosexual could walk in and get a god tier large on the first lottery.
That said, I've noticed the BEST times to enter a house lottery is during these downtimes, there's way less players, the medium I won for example only had like 60 entries which would've had like 120-200 if it was near a big patch or expansion release.
I'm just happy I finally got my medium in the district I wanted, walking up to a fricking "eat shit this cat girl won the lottery and he won't even decorate it after 3 months" every single week is draining.

They were soulless beings, there's nothing wrong with unmaking them. It only becomes murder when the star gives them a soul and that only occurs if the creature fits within the planetary ecosystem well enough that the planet recognizes it as viable and useful and worthy of such endowement. It is why the ancients were so anal about procedure and testing before letting the concepts loose into the wildlife. Not to create a soulless monster that devours and destroys everything. It's why Elips exists and why vast majority of creatures of Elpis are essentially crash-test dummies.
