Under the rules of gender identity, there is no contradiction here. They would say body Type B "female presenting". Female presenting, is what it sounds like. You're presenting yourself as female. You don't necessarily need to have breasts to be female presenting. However, women are required to shield their nipples for modesty sake. Therefore, the fact that Body Type B covers her breasts, means she's female presenting. Regardless if she identifies as male.
