I'm almost literally on my knees listening to the title theme. How did they create something so genuinely profoundly amazing? It sounds like a brilliant tragic power-ballad on such lowly hardware.

listen to robocop 3 nes theme
Jeroen Tel! He comments on youtube uploads of his music alot, a true bro. The C64 was the original version, and tbh i prefer it over the NES, which isn't usually the case for me imo.
more like robocrap, amirite?
Britbongs gonna bong.
>oi m8, check out this banger track I just wrote
>sure I'll sell it to you for your game, but wtf is a robocop?
I thought you were being hyperbolic but it's actually pretty good.
Sovl

They completely fricked up the melody, that doesn't sound anything like the original.
Why do Europeans love that weird sound so much where notes rapidly go up and down in pitch?
they are arpeggio chords they are the only way you can simulate a chord on a single channel before sampling existed
It still really doesn't sound like a chord at all. It sounds like notes rapidly going up and down in pitch.
Notes are pitches at certain frequencies.Go away
vibrato?
Ritardando.
Why not just listen to the C64 original?
It's pretty good. But I feel like the slower tempo and instrumentation of the GB version is superior.
Its from the episode where robocop guest starred on twin peaks

>me singing along with the RoboCop GB theme
IIRC the composer was freshly dumped by his girlfriend so he sat down and composed something about how he was feeling. Explains the tune's melancholy.
Is it just me or is RoboCop (not any particular game, but the films and character himself) more popular outside of the USA than it is inside the USA?
I don't know, RoboCop was pretty huge in the USA too
Ocean were flaky for their actual games but their musicians were Elite Tier : Martin Galway, Jeroen Tel, Reyn Owehand and Jonathan Dunn to name four. what a dream team
The music captures the feeling of what it would actually be to be robocop.
