It's not a very gamey game. Basically Oblivion with Warband's combat. You'll only enjoy it if you studied Latin and medieval history in college. In fact if you're not college-educated, you won't be able to comprehend anything that's going on.

I actually went to college only to enjoy this game more but I was left disappointed by how they didn't include any transgender people of color like I was told was normal in medieval Bohemia
Use a trainer or mods to cheat. Unironically the game is more fun if you just accept being filtered and remove some of the difficulty.

I have not seen the trailer but did embracer turn the game pozzed? Does it have spoilers for the first game? I have hundreds of hours in the first game but I’ve never beat the story I just use it as a medieval life simulator.

Literally just learn the mechanics and it becomes very fun. Much like Deus Ex 1 and System Shock 2, there's a moment where you get over the awkwardness of the controls and it becomes 1000x more fun.
