Most of the time to get good hands you draw (or redraw your bad result) a scribble in photoshop and then inpaint it on 0.4-0.5 denoise.
Sometimes you inpaint more than once. And roll the gacha ofc. And then maybe edit it again in photoshop.
Good hands by default are rare and usually come from some good heavily stylized loras on top of models that produce better hands than the others.
Also most people don't bother fixing them because it's tiresome.
I find that loras make hands worse, just using the pure model will usually give me good hands. While loras give me spaghetti.
Heavily stylized loras can force a certain style and certain stuff no matter what. So if it was trained with a bunch on different pictures with different well-drawn hands - it will generally improve your hands. Make it more consistent. But your model should "behave" too.
