Man I replayed this recently for the first time since high school. Honestly all the shit and piss didn't bother me that much, it's not my thing but I'm pretty used to it by now.
The thing that did though was the snuff scenes with the npc who's very aware they can't die anymore so you just kill them over and over, impregnate her, kill the kids in front of her, kill her more over and over for literal years.
