yes, but said accuracy increase is completely redundant in 90% of cases and no one does that. People primarily crouch to put off enemy crosshair or to not have to counter strafe during engagements
you're still extremely mobile when you shoot in csgo if you're good. I personally suck at it but every time i die it doesn't even feel like my enemy had to stop if they're mechanically decent
