MGS2, Nier Automata and Shadow of the Colossus at the very least should be disqualified simply for barely being games.

Super metroid is a great game really, but has been surpassed in its own genre, I think one could let that one slide, but I'm a bit weary on "Greatest of all Time"
SM64 is a tricky one since I've never played it, but I've seen tons of gameplay of it, and the game looks cool...BUUUUUT has like zero level design, and that makes me want to almost immediately disqualify it.
Deus Ex seems like the most valid entry here, although I've barely played it enough, it seems to have decent structure and actual gameplay.

I'm still convinced MGS3 is one of the few games that is genuinely a 10/10. Its fun, its challenging, it has a great story, great characters, best stealth mechanics, amazing soundtrack and visuals and perfect pacing which is really fricking hard to do in a game.
AlttP is the closest one that even could belong there. Everything else except SMW is dogshit and SMW itself is the worst 2D Mario save all of the versions of them on All-Stars.
