I've seen some courageous DNCs in FL. They'll lead the charge and try to LB the entire team before being followed up by DRKs, DRGs, etc. If they pull it off, it's complete murder. You just need to stun them back and be quick about it. A another DNC LB, RPR or MNK LB does the trick.

99% of clubs have 0 issues with Lalas being allowed entrance in the club. Most places will treat them like adults if the player presents themselves as adults, sell drinks to them, etc.
The only thing that most places won't engage in is ERP with Lalafells, as no one feels comfortable with that. Even then, there are places that do.

The club I run isn't mine, I got promoted to manager because I do good work. But starting is as easy as having a space - some places start in apartments, but obviously houses/FC houses is better - and finding staff that is interested.

In my place, and most the ones I frequent, a courtesan won't start a session without getting an explicit statement that you're over 18+ and consenting to the service.

If not Balmung, then luckily you can travel to the server and be safe from not knowing anyone.
Balmung is the RP server, and Ul'dah is a city packed wall to wall with people. That's the premier place to RP and ERP (ERP is in the Adventurers Guild ie. The Inn.)
If you live on Balmung I'm afraid that you might be spotted at the inn and it'll be pretty obvious why you're there.
but yeah go there, and go meet people who are standing around the inn. Poke em, send them a tell asking them what theyre up to (i usually ask what brings them to this fine place as that will get the topic on lewd stuff pretty fast.) then flirt from there.
It's usually free too, but paying up money makes things sexy so go for it.
