Why did they decide to play it so safe? Same shitty multiplayer instead of full co-op for those who wanted it, same combat, same animations, same healing system, same upgrade system, same mana/magic system >No set bonuses >No unlockable mounts that could have had different uses for exploration >No 4 player coop (with scaling difficulty) >No sweeping changes to magic, same shitty fp limitation, same shitty memory slot bs >Same spells from ds3 >Same roll system >No bb dash when equip load is light, roll for medium, fat roll for hevay >No fricking deflection(??) Make it cost stamina, now its balanced >No perfect block system when using heavy weapons that restore stamina and let you continue attacking (slow weapons are now balanced) >Forced ember system, missed opportunity with boss runes >No randomized dungeons (minus a few important hand crafted ones) >No covenant system, one feature people actually wanted to return >No good gank fights

Isn't that what it was advertised as? I went in expecting Dark Souls with a horse, and I got Dark Souls with a horse.
