WB ordered a GaaS game be made. Some of the suits honestly think that Joker and Harley are the superstars of DC and the Suicide Squad is a billion dollar franchise. They actually made a looter shooter and just killed off Batman with no dignity for Conroy's last role. They are also still trying to push an extended movie universe and the new Superman is already getting loaded with literal and figurative gay shit and it hasn't even started filming. They're completely detached from reality.

Leaker didn't specify. Only some minor things about Deadshot shooting GL to his "death" but Boomer telling him "wait, you missed?", for you to keep thinking if you really did kill GL. Same pattern will occur to other heroes bosses.
