Japan Indie Expo. I think this is just a short special between main showcases. Usually a showcase shows 500 games over 6 hours but this is 50 games in one hour and none of the hosts or musical performers are here.
The slapped together nature of the show and the scrambling was what made it entertaining. Otherwise it's just 3 hours of mobile trash, Japanese school project tier shovelware and lifeless commentary. The hosts not doing an actual reading is so boring because the commentary is just I played that or I'm looking forward to this or uguu cute cat.
