It's not even that, this shit PROVES they have NDA's at all levels for people being read into the new shit. Meaning anyone trying to leak shit will either be a one'n'done burner leak (alola starters), a fat-handed spastic (the shitheads sharing pics, which then get shared in discords, then reposted in other discords and all over the net) or someone like Khu who leaks without actually outright leaking hard details that break NDA. (and given Jo Rowling leaked details on HP7 in her W.O.M.B.A.T.S. exams which she ran prior to its release on her website to skirt her NDA's, it's not a new concept in the slightest).

Because SV has no regional marks and they already allow legendaries from other games to be used that are otherwise unobtainable in the current gen.

And in case you forgot, there's been a lot of kids born and grew into pokémon in time for SV's launch. They have no legendary collections, why wouldn't Game Freak add them to the rehash replacement, when they've always added them into the last game of a Generation or last core gameplay game (in the case of USM) for kids to collect them?
