whens the last time a major release didn't need a day 1 update. hell considering the digital release launches with it its technically a fricking day 0 update
Despite being able to punch through several walls and being not that far off from the likes of Hulk in terms and strength, he still gets fricked by an eviction bill and NYC's job market.
Kids and teens who grew up with him and made their own kids do the same. He's witty, relatable, and practically the only college/high school aged superhero (not counting stuff like Smallville or aged down versions like Superboy or some shit). Web slinging is cool. I think the old movies with Tobey Macguire really did the most impact on people's current fondness of the character. When his mask came off and people were like "he's just a kid."

Virtually every Nintendo game.
"Need"? No, but for instance TotK had a day one patch that improved the framerate in places.
You said need, I answered with examples. How many games aren't improved with a day 1 patch? Much less.
ff16?
Fricking diablo 2 LOD had a day 1 patch in 2001.

Agreed, if a game can't be arbitrarily and remotely removed from my library because of a delisting, then I'm not interested
The only examples you can provide of this happening are exceptions to the rule that the grand majority of people will never experience.
>including some additional Accessibility Options
This perfectly encapsulates anyone who actually gets excited for accessibility options
What's wrong with accessibility options like subtitles, colour blindness, etc?
My favourite accessibility option is "Skip QTEs" because fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck mashing X after stopping a car for the 100th time.
For me it’s the ability to skip the lame ass science puzzles.
My brain not work good on them.
They're not too bad for the first few, then they just get tiresome. I wish there was a button to skip the MJ/Miles sections.
Your tune will change really quick when FOV is categorized under accessibility

I don't play Insomniac games anymore, but I won't deny they have some hard-working devs over there.
