        >I'm just extremely skinnyfat,
Holy shit post body so we can laugh at what a skinnyfat 6 foot person looks like at 152

Just start bulking, lifting weights, and stop eating processed garbage. You can't really cut anymore without entering unhealthy levels of underweight so get to 180 or 185 and then begin cutting.

What do you think it looks like...? It's just skinnyfat, you can quite literally Google it

You need to build muscle mass, eat at a surplus and do weights along with running or something
If you think you need to LOSE weight you have some kind of body image disorder, you're not totally skin and bones but youre probably close to underweight

Metal pads are pretty expensive for a hobby I might not enjoy for long...

Nah, I'm not underweight. I'm like 183cm/70kg so I can easily lose like 6kgs. I honestly should since I'm genuinely kinda skinnyfat

It can be. Its very addicting and can get you to sweat. I think running or something else would be more effective, but its still a form of exercise.
And what other said about your body, you aren't fat my dude. I hope you enjoy your DDR time!
    >DDR thread
Time to listen to some DDR Max 1 and 2 playlists again.
Also completely bewildered they used this amazing remix song only as a background song for DDR Max 2.

Cardio is 10% of what's necessary to lose weight. The 90% is changing your eating habits.

my lower back is extremely recessed, like to the point it feels like it's pushing in on my body
I have to flex my glutes as hard as I can to get my pelvis to be straight

It's definitely skinnyfat. Those people have the same diabetes risk as actual fatasses too

Either cut first (and become mr skeletal) then eat and lift to gain muscle or do the latter first before cutting later. Starting from skinnyfat is shitty unfortunately

For the love of what's holy, do not buy a Chinese plastic softpad. They are a massive scam.

They either have a broken pad from the start or one of the pads will break within a month. On 90% of them, jumps will not register.
