Explain this then? It is absolutely God awful in OU right now. If your mon is fully reliant on Tera in this metagame, then it's safe to say it struggles normally. Typing isn't that good anymore with the frickton of offensive mons with relevant covering to hit Gyarados. There's better DDancers in the tier. Ground/Flying/Water are great but consider that it also loses Power Whip and the opportunity cost to Tera is a bit of a waste. Intimidate is great but it doesn't salvage this thing. Even in a VGC setting where Rock Slide is one of the most common spread moves ever.
