You need to get a launch Switch 2 to have the best chances of it being exploitable if an exploit does get discovered

I dgaf about console wars, I use handhelds and the switch is fine as one, but frick joycons, if they're not totally redesigned, probably won't and will just figure out how to pirate it on my steam deck.

Switch Deck can barely pirate Switch, it won't be able to pirate the Switch 2. You'll have to wait for the Deck 2.
