Nope, since Ganker is anonymous 95% of BB threads have clearly been the devs shilling it themselves here, going so far as to make multiple threads praising the game on a daily basis despite looking like an indie game from 2010 and playing like a modded Roblox level
I'm not usually one to yell out hackusations but even in the my couple of hours play time so far I've died a couple times to one burst kills from like 200m+ where even slow tap fire is not that accurate.
>drop in >all the textures look the same, can hardly tell stairwells from the floor >try to run towards objectives >get shot at randomy even though Im far away >try to play slower, peeking around angles >find a spot where I can shoot at enemies >the maps are so big they disappear before I can
I want to like it but I'm not good at these big multiplayer shooters, I just spend so much downtime running around only to die in one hit
I understand how you feel and the nature of these games means there's always going to be times where you just get killed and there's nothing you can do about it. But there is a way to play to mitigate it. You have to keep an eye on where your team mates are and who controls what objectives. This will give you a general idea of where enemies likely are and where they're going to be moving to. Stick close to other team mates until you feel confident enough to go for solo flanks. When you're moving around you generally want to keep some kind of cover around as many angles as possible. This can be walls/cliffs but it can also be trees and bushes as soft cover that won't protect you from bullets but will make it harder for people to see you.
>I'm not good at these big multiplayer shooters, I just spend so much downtime running around only to die in one hit
Same I'm totally dogshit at them. Tried multiple ones too, I've had a hand full of good matches but most of the time I'm just running and dying. Rising Storm 2 has probably been my favorite and longest played so far.
Aesthetically it's Zavod (including not being able to fricking see anything in buildings), but gameplay wise it's more like one of the beach maps where the two teams keep chasing each other around the points. There's no direct Zavod or Caspian map unfortunately.
Caspian sucks so that's no loss. I've noticed other maps though that aren't layout copies but they do give me vibes of other maps. Like there's one map that makes me think of Mashtuur City because it's an urban map with a big gulley in the middle and there's another map that makes me think of Dalian Plant.
>Caspian sucks so that's no loss.
DEATH >I've noticed other maps though that aren't layout copies but they do give me vibes of other maps
Frugis is almost literally just Metro, both aesthetically and gameplay wise. The big conquest version takes the area around the last points in BF and expands it to a whole map, but the push-and-pull version is subways only, 2400 tickets, final destination.
That's me because I still haven't got muscle memory for all the keybinds yet so I frequently go to pull out a medpack and throw a grenade instead or something
It's a product of the FPS market. Everything is dogshit, so people are playing it out of desperation.
Also it has its own problems, it's more on the milsim side than arcade. A mixture of Squad, Insurgency, Battlefield.
It has a lot of problems that Battlefield figured out a long time ago. 8 man squads, no minimap, aim punch etc.
Also the zoomer grind is unbearable. I have about 1500 hours and only unlocked 2 AR's and a handful of SMG's, most of which are worse than the starting weapons.
15 hours, 1,500 kills rather**
Also to add some other things like not being able to spawn on points being taken means they go untouched and most people can't be fricked running there. Instead they spawn in on another point or friends and create a giant deathball that rotates around the map to every point.
>what if we gave one class a weapon that aims slower, is less accurate, takes longer to reload, doesn't come with optics and makes you run slower and in exchange for all these crippling disadvantages you get... literally nothing in return you are just worse at everything full stop
BF players are desperate so it'll be around for a while as long as the devs fix up some of the balance issues.
>mfw I just play BF4 since it's still alive
get me out of banzore hell please god
Just teamkill one of their buddies for spawn killing. Permanently removed from em servers ezpz
I would pay 100 for a battlefield game that isn't shit. Unfortunately graphics do matter to me
its probably gonna have a stable decent playerbase for several months
Nope, since Ganker is anonymous 95% of BB threads have clearly been the devs shilling it themselves here, going so far as to make multiple threads praising the game on a daily basis despite looking like an indie game from 2010 and playing like a modded Roblox level
>and playing like a modded Roblox level
you havent played the game
it genuinely plays fricking great
Yeah it sure is fun grinding for days for a single unlock just to be 1 shot across the map by an Asian hacker.
Frick off, ruski.

I'm 20hrs in and only having more and more fun
20 hours seems like just about enough time to unlock 1 gun
I'm 33 hours in and almost level 65 I think
update: I was level 63. Just played 64v64 for 90 minutes now I'm 65 and 1/3rd
How fricking bad are you?
The hacking in it is honestly hilarious. At least 10% of the players are aimbotting or wallhacking each match you queue into.
I'm not usually one to yell out hackusations but even in the my couple of hours play time so far I've died a couple times to one burst kills from like 200m+ where even slow tap fire is not that accurate.
i mean in a 200 player server, you will 100% have atleast 1 or more hackers in your lobby.

It helps when you have a squad lead who puts down respawn points.

It's like Klunker.io if they made it all grey and hard to see shit.

this is being fixed next patch

Steamcharts show that it already peaked last week. Sad!
The scope glint is pretty great. Sniping is anti-fun in every FPS and this dissuades it and keeps their fricking heartrate up
but medium scope is really good aswell. So...
Wouldn't know, my parents loved me so I don't snipe
medium scopes don't give off glint. also the fact the glint goes through bushes and trees is kinda silly.
yes my sens is to high for micro-adjustments
I'd think it was too lenient if it permabanned you on use
I don't think I've played that map yet but just looking of that clip gives me extreme Zavod vibes.

FoMT is the second best Harvest Moon
It's just Call of Duty Warzone with team. Might as well add dropshotting and sliding with how fast the movement speed is.
It's battlefield for morons, which I didn't think was possible considering battlefield already caters to HUGE BATTLE HARDCORE 10000% DAMAGE morons
>that guy who starts yelling "mmm, heal me daddy, yeah, that's it daddy" every time he gets revived
i have literally never heard that shit. ever.

Lads....
I have played it.
Can't we have BF2 clone instead of roblox fps? It was pretty painful for my boomer eyes.
smoke launcher is garbage. Or maybe just smokes alltogether?

Support's main weapons are grenades and claymores. Plus you get to play minecraft and build bases.
