Armamentalist is great but I am not a fan of jrpg devs who add elemental shit and think players will just try every element on everything to find out one is stronger. Least they could do is throw that shit in the bestiary.

Is there any reason to play IX at all, outside of Tokyo in 2009? There seems to be no almost no plot after the intro, no party members and minimal direction.
All my friends at school had it, siblings bought it too, it was the most kino time on the DS, all discussion on the story and and little arguments over the best class, it was great lol and stuff like "oh there's a mini medal here too?!" Or "check out what my whistle can do ;)"

Based I love DQ4 and Psaro was one of the cooler villains in the series. Even though you don't meet him until the end when he has already used the secret of evolution you learn all this stuff about him along the way
They don't have every single monster in every game but Witch was in some of the 3DS Monsters games that didn't come out here I think

They already nailed the style with DQ 11 and Switch can run that game relatively smooth, so this feels like a stepback.
Different devs, and if it's structured like Joker 3 was on the 3DS then there's gonna be 5 or 6 big open areas and some dungeons instead of a segmented world map, more shit onscreen at once.

And this is unrelated but I really wish treasure was a better game. I am not even asking for a lot. Only being able to carry 3 treasures back with you kills the game so badly. Should have been no limit and having higher treasure score just floods you with more bandits.
